About IBox.fm and the Information We Collect
IBox.fm is an internet social networking service. When you register for IBox.fm, you provide us with certain "Personal Information", such as your name, your email address, your telephone number, your address, your gender and any other personal or preference information that you provide to us. As part of the registration process, each IBox.fm Member creates his or her own profile, which contains the Personal Information that the Member chooses to include ("Member Information"). Invite a Friend
If a Member elects to use our "Invite" feature to invite a friend to become a Member of IBox.fm, we ask them for the friend's email address. IBox.fm will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to join the site. IBox.fm stores this email address for the purpose of automatically adding the respondent to the friends list of the Member sending the invitation, and also to send reminders of the invitation. IBox.fm does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders.
Other Web Site Features
From time to time, IBox.fm may implement new features and promotions. When we do so, we will disclose whether your participation in such features and promotions will result in your personal information being disclosed to others. We urge you to carefully review these disclosures.
Changing or Removing Information

The IBox.fm account of every Member is password-protected. IBox.fm takes appropriate precautions to protect our Members' information. Unfortunately, perfect security does not exist on the internet, and therefore, IBox.fm makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures. IBox.fm shall not be responsible for any damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy because of a security breach, technical malfunction or similar problem.
